Orthodontic Specialist at Chertsey House Dental Group – Aligners & Braces
Jamie Gwilliam has moved to live on Guernsey and is part of the team at Chertsey House.
Jamie is a qualified orthodontist and a GDC registered specialist with fifteen years of experience and is the only registered orthodontic specialist residing on the island. He moved here from London where he has worked at both St George’s and King’s hospitals and private practice in Harley Street.
Jamie will be providing orthodontics for both children and adults. He can provide both fixed (‘braces’) and aligner (‘invisible braces’), he will go through which is the best option for you.

Implants and ‘Teeth-In-A-Day’ Fully Implant Borne Dentures
Natasha Flavell is our implant expert. She provide everything from a simple single implant to replace a missing tooth to multiple implants. Multiple implants includes fully implant borne bridges or dentures to replace either all upper or lower missing teeth using the “Chrome” implant guided systems.

Dental hygiene
The hygienist’s main work is to prevent and treat gum disease as well as giving you clean teeth for a lovely smile. This includes professionally cleaning your teeth by removing plaque, tartar and staining. Kerry Harris and Nicky McVean are the hygienist team at Chertsey House.

An alternative way to replace missing teeth. A missing tooth or teeth may affect a person’s appearance, the ability to speak and chew. From a simple single replacement tooth to multiple complex implants with 'teeth in a day', Natasha Flavell leads the implant treatments at Chertsey House .

Our expertise
We are a general dental practice for the whole family. We provide everything from a check-up, x-ray imaging, 3D CBCT x-ray imaging and routine fillings to advanced treatments such as teeth whitening, orthodontics, crowns and implants.
In each surgery, we have overhead screens which can show pictures of your teeth using our intra-oral camera. This can help us to show you any problems and explain things more clearly.
Our practice
Our practice is conveniently situated on Les Cornus, the main road out of St Martins shortly after the traffic lights on the way to the airport. We have ample on site parking both at the front and back of Chertsey House.
